“F-ck Your Laws”: Potential Felony Charges for Leftist That Assaulted Student and Stole MAGA Hat

“F-ck Your Laws”: Potential Felony Charges for Leftist That Assaulted Student and Stole MAGA Hat

Every so often, a leftist will drop all pretenses to make their feelings known. It’s always ugly, and in the case of Edith Macias, downright despicable.

UC Riverside student Matthew Vitale was minding his own business last Wednesday when Macias, a student he’d never met before, decided his #MAGA hat was offensive.

In typical leftist fashion, Macias reacts like a toddler, snatching Vitale’s hat off his head before sprinting off to complain at a nearby student services building.

Luckily, Vitale had the presence of mind to record her vile behavior:

“This is mine. You do not get to take other people’s property that is legally theirs,” Vitale explains to a dull-eyed Macias.

Man, f-ck your laws,” responds Macias, then has the nerve to ask him “do you have any conscience?” If her grammar struck you as particularly atrocious, it’s because she’s reportedly an ethnic studies major.

Initially, the campus police officers that responded to Vitale’s complaint informed him that the evidence against Macias amounted only to a misdemeanor. In a state like California, where criminals are routinely let off for far worse, Vitale decided not to pursue charges.

Luckily, Vitale wasn’t the only person recording.

Shortly after Macias was let off the hook, new footage emerged with hashtag #SnatchAHat depicting her snatching Vitale’s hat and running off:

Thanks to this and other video proof that Macias physically removed the hat from Vitale’s person, UC Riverside campus police officers informed Vitale that there was now sufficient evidence to pursue felony charges.

You can bet your last dollar Vitale’s pursuing them.

“Honestly, this isn’t me trying to get revenge on her,” he told Todd Starnes during a Fox News Radio interview, “this is me just trying to say: ‘Look, behavior like this is not tolerated in this country. There are individual rights and individual freedoms that we are granted as per the constitution, that everybody’s granted. It doesn’t matter what your beliefs are.’”

Hopefully Macias will be made an example out of. In this day and age, this sort of behavior is reprehensible no matter who the target may be. Of course, leftists are doing their best to fight back — college administrators deliberately avoided denouncing Macias’s actions in official statements, only vaguely glossing over ‘mutual respect.’

Sadly, Macias may yet be emboldened by a system designed to coddle leftists just like her. Equally ignorant students from UCR have banded together to demand the university protect Macias from charges and even pay her rent — you know, for solidarity.

Vitale, who is ironically half-Nicaraguan economics, is currently on track to graduate next year. As an economics major, hopefully he’ll see the state of California’s debt crisis and evacuate before it’s too late. America needs more patriots like him.

Stay alert. Stay alive.
