Angry New Yorker Shreds Leftist Mayor de Blasio While He Hides Behind Security

Vickie Paladino is that awesome no-nonsense aunt we all wish we had.

In an epic move on Thursday, Paladino confronted leftist New York Mayor Bill de Blasio as he finished a press conference in the Whitestone neighborhood, blasting him over his incompetence as of late.

You let your police officers down, and your country down, by going to Germany and protesting against our country!
— Vickie Palandino, addressing Mayor Bill de Blasio

Palandino points out de Blasio's reaction to the recent assassination of NYPD Detective Miosotis Familia. Just one day after her death, de Blasio chose to ignore the city as they mourned the mother-of-three. Instead, he used tax dollars to fly to Germany to support a protest against President Trump.

Ever the coward, de Blasio scurried away from 63 year old Palandino to hide behind his security detail. The New York Post describes what took place:

It was the fourth day of the mayor’s “City Hall in Your Borough” swing through Queens, and he’d just finished telling reporters about $16 million in new funding to fix city sidewalks damaged by tree roots.

The mayor began walking toward her.

Then — maybe realizing he was about to walk into a PR buzzsaw — he spun on his heel and hurried back to the safety of his car.

Paladino later told The Post that de Blasio got close enough that she could hear him tell his security guys, “Get me away from her!”

No matter for Paladino, who kept shouting after the fleeing mayor, condemning him for flying to Germany to protest the G20 summit earlier this month — a trip taken just one day after a city cop was assassinated in the street.

In a city where homelessness has increased by 40% since last year, crime is running rampant and police officers are disrespected and killed, what was de Blasio's press conference focused on that day? A $16 million measure to fix tree-damaged sidewalks

Even after de Blasio fled the scene, Paladino still had much to say about politics, de Blasio and even government landscaping incompetence:

The world would be a much better place with more Vickie Paladinos.

Stay alert. Stay alive.
