College Administrators Pressured, Threatened Star Athlete to Falsely Accuse Her Boyfriend of Battery
Nationally-ranked college athlete Zoe Katz was spotted roughhousing with her boyfriend Matt Boermeester by her neighbor, who mentioned it to a roommate. The Title IX office at USC eventually got wind of the incident and immediately launched a six-month campaign of intimidation and scare tactics designed to target Boermeester with false allegations of domestic abuse.
“Terrible and untrue things have been said about Matt by people who don’t even know him, including apparently the third party who contacted Title IX, and these bizarre assertions have been treated as fact in this investigation,” according to Katz’s statement, via the College Fix. “Words, including mine, have been incompetently or intentionally misrepresented, misquoted and taken out of context, which should not be that surprising since no statements were recorded or verified.”
From the Blaze:
Thanks to leftist policies like the "Yes Means Yes" Act, the burden of proof has shifted from accusers to the accused, creating an unprecedented level of cases based on false allegations just like this one.
Although sexual assault allegations were not leveled against Boermeester in this case, the idea of a female college student falling victim to domestic abuse creates a story too irresistible for the left.
Society has decayed to the point where a woman must play her assigned 'role' if she is declared a victim by leftist administrators. In a reality where radical feminism is praised and males are considered fair game, truth takes a backseat to preserving a narrative.
