DOJ Serves Search Warrant to Get Information on 1.3 Million Anti-Trump Website Users
On Monday, web hosting service Dreamhost announced that it has received a search warrant from the U.S. Department of Justice. The court order authorizes law enforcement officials to seize the information of the 1.3 million users of the anti-Trump website disruptj20.org.
While Chris Gharizan, general counsel for Dreamhost, claims that people "should be concerned that anyone should be targeted simply for visiting a website,” there is an entire side to the search warrant that is being ignored:
The people to be investigated were not targeted simply for visiting a website. They are being investigated because they have associated themselves with leftist criminals.
A review of the search warrant, issued by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, states that an investigation has revealed probable cause to believe Dreamhost is in possession of information that would violate DC Code § 22–1322, which prohibits "Rioting or inciting to riot."
In DC, a riot is defined as "a public disturbance involving an assemblage of 5 or more persons which by tumultuous and violent conduct or the threat thereof creates grave danger of damage or injury to property or persons."
We saw exactly this sort of violent behavior during President Trump's inauguration, which eventually resulted in the DoJ indicting over 200 rioters on felony charges. Even disruptj20.org declared proudly "F*ck Yea We Disrupted It."
This sort of behavior will continue so long as these fascist thugs can maintain anonymity. The extreme left knows their time is running short — soon, they will be exposed and held accountable for their violent acts. Only then America can begin to make progress.
Stay alert. Stay alive.
