California Catholic School Removes Statues and Changes Logos to Appear "Less Catholic"

There is a list of pre-approved views and groups the left presents as superior to all others; any deviations or dissent must be suppressed or revised, by force if necessary.

For instance, if you were to say "Black Lives Matter," the left would consider you an ally in their goal of dividing the country along racial lines. However, should you decide that black lives hold the same value as any other life and be treated equally, a statement like "All Lives Matter" would earn you accusations of racism.

A lesser-known goal the left's push for power involves the destruction of moral values, particularly those espoused within Judeo-Christian faiths.

Leftists love to create problems, then declare that handing over power to them is the only way to solve the issue. Since people who practice religion are less likely to commit crime, communities with higher rates of worshipers enjoy lower crime rates and have less desire for increased government control/interference.

In California, administrators of the San Domenico Catholic School are coming under fire for making changes to appear "less Catholic."

From Fox News:

“If you walk on the campus and the first thing you confront is three or four statues of St. Dominic or St. Francis, it could be alienating for that other religion, and we didn’t want to further that feeling,” Amy Skewes-Cox, who chairs the school’s board of trustees.

Cecily Stock, who is head of the school, said most students are not Catholic.

“Over the last few years we’ve had fewer Catholic students as part of the community and a larger number of students of various faith traditions,” Stock said. “Right now about 80 percent of our families do not identify as Catholic.”

An official, who described the institution as California’s oldest independent school and first Catholic school, told Fox News a “large number of religious statues” were recently relocated to other parts of the school’s campus and some were donated to “appreciative recipients.”

“Our goal in this shift was in alignment with our strategic plan that was approved by our Board of Trustees and Dominican Sisters of San Rafael in June of 2016 and reflects our commitment to continuing a 167-year tradition of inclusive education,” Kimberly Pinkson, director of marketing and communications, told Fox News.

But for some parents, such as Shannon Fitzpatrick, who has an 8-year-old son enrolled at the school, the movement of the statues represents what she believes is a steady erosion of the San Domenico’s Catholic image.

The values espoused by Catholicism are no longer relevant to the leftist mission of gaining political power.

San Domenico is located in California's Marin County, where nearly a third of the population identified as Roman Catholic in 2010. Are these people not being alienated when they see their institutions and symbols being written off as "non-inclusive"?

Stay alert. Stay alive.
