Where Do You Stand? New Poll Shows 57% of Americans Disapprove of 'Black Lives Matter' Group

No matter how you slice it, Black Lives Matter is an interesting organization.

On one hand, their official website states "We Affirm that All Black Lives Matter." On the other hand, they're virtually silent on the 6,000 blacks killed in 2012 — by other blacks.

On one hand, they claim to be "committed to acknowledging, respecting and celebrating difference(s) and commonalities." On the other hand, they've called for the deaths of "all the white babies" and indiscriminate slaughter of law enforcement.

On one hand, they claim they are "committed to making our spaces family-friendly and [enabling] parents to fully participate with their children. " On the other hand, they seem silent on the 19 million black babies voluntarily killed since 1973 or the 72% of black children raised in single parent households.

With this kind of hypocrisy, it's not surprising that over half of all Americans view Black Lives Matter in a negative light.

From the Daily Wire:

In yet more evidence that the Left’s identity politics are failing nationally, a recent poll found that a majority of Americans view the Black Lives Matter movement in a negative light.

The poll, conducted by Harvard-Harris, found that 57% of American voters don’t like Black Lives Matter while 43% do.

Naturally, there are both racial and political divides among these figures. While most whites and Republicans do not hold a positive view of the movement – 35% and 21% respectively view Black Lives Matters in a positive light. A majority of Democrats and blacks see the movement as good, 65% and 83%, respectively, viewing Black Lives Matter positively.

When Harvard-Harris asked voters about police use of force, the picture grew more complicated. A total of 56% of voters think that police use violence sooner than they should and 54% think cops are more trigger-happy when it comes to dealing with blacks, contrary to recent studies showing otherwise. However, 62% of voters think that all the negative attention directed toward police has made it more difficult for them to do their jobs, and 90% think that it has resulted in more violence toward the police.

When it comes to the criminal justice system as a whole, voters are split 50/50 on the question of “systemic racism” in the justice system.

Additionally, 70% think that black-on-black crime is a more pressing issue in the black community than police violence.

As more and more Americans awaken to the insanity of violent leftist groupthink, organizations like Black Lives Matter are forced to double down on their racist campaigns to create mass chaos and division among us under the guise of fighting a mythical modern-day battle against "institutional racism." In reality, they are nothing more than race-baiting thugs and self-absorbed hypocrites that care more about everyone agreeing with them than actually being correct.

Just as the Republican party once united and defanged the racist Ku Klux Klan, so too will we unite against the racists of Black Lives Matter. Until the day comes where they are stripped of their political power, Black Lives Matter will be on the prowl, looking for an excuse to hurt non-believers for daring to speak against the narrative.

Stay alert. Stay alive.
