Leftist Crybabies Infiltrate and Ruin Engineering Major at Michigan State University
If you're a college student planning to major in engineering, we've got some bad news — you might not learn much about engineering.
Professor of Mechanical Engineer Indrek Wichman at the Michigan State University recently published an essay describing a horrifying new reality — so-called "social justice warriors" have invaded the curriculum. In his words:
Professor Wichman cites the Purdue University School of Education Engineering as a prime example of leftist college administrators taking it upon themselves to "reinvent" educational standards. In one example, Professor Wichman points to the slew of non-compatible concepts slowly infesting the curriculum thanks to nutbag Dean Dr. Donna Riley. From her faculty page:
Can you name a single "career destination" that is:
A) Engineering related, and
B) Values "social responsibility; de-centering Western civilization; and uncovering contributions of women and other underrepresented groups"?
Engineers aren't political figures. There is zero room for propaganda in this field — prospective employers care less about your thoughts on social issues and more on whether or not you actually know about engineering.
As appalling as Professor Wichman's assessment is, it should come as no surprise. Since 1978, the cost of attending college has steadily risen while the quality of a graduate's education similarly declined. This is proof positive that the decline is being intentionally pushed on unwitting students.
College is no longer a place where young adults learn how to contribute value to the world. Instead, it's become a one-stop shop for all your leftist indoctrination needs.
Stay alert. Stay alive.
