Democratic Leaders Formally Demand Apology From Trump for Being President

California's top officials have finally gone off the deep end.

One of the most common refrains of the left is to declare anyone that disagrees with them racist, sexist, bigoted, homophobic and/or any other convenient labels that spring to mind (they're quite plentiful!). It's a popular tactic because it requires little effort and allows the left to insulate themselves from the responsibility of providing evidence supporting their claims.

Of course, the main problem with this is that when someone with an IQ higher than a baked potato asks for evidence, they quickly shut down:

Since last week, we've been keeping you up-to-date on the latest instances of insanity coming from California's Democratic leaders. Just when you thought it couldn't get much crazier, it does.

Just yesterday, state lawmakers passed yet another resolution that “requires” President Donald Trump to formally apologize for his time in the White House.

From Politico:

Ripping into Donald Trump in the final hours of this year’s legislative session, California lawmakers passed measures urging Congress to censure the president, bucking his immigration policies and seeking to force him to release his tax returns. They also formally called on Trump “to publicly apologize to all Americans for his racist and bigoted behavior.”

If there was any question about the location of the nerve center of the anti-Trump resistance, it was settled with a defiant fusillade of legislation Friday and Saturday memorializing California’s antipathy toward the president.

The end-of-session rush of bills served as a reminder of the limitations of the president’s recent diplomacy with Democrats in Washington — and of an unrelenting effort to keep pressure on the president from afar.

“The issue of resistance is beyond the symbolism,” Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León said after the session officially closed. “There’s real lives at stake … and I think that a lot of other municipalities, as well as other states, are looking towards California … to be the leader of this resistance.”

By all means, racism and bigotry should be denounced. People that have been wronged by racism and bigotry certainly deserve an apology. There's just one problem with the demands of California's leaders. Have you spotted it?

Through all their bluster, California's leftist wingnuts can't provide a shred of evidence President Trump is actually racist or bigoted.

Circa 1998, Donald Trump receives an award from Jesse Jackson with Al Sharpton for racism or bigotry or something.

Apparently President Trump is such a racist and bigot that Muhammad Ali attended his wedding and has been friends with him for over 35 years. He needs to apologize for... receiving the Ellis Island Medal of Honor alongside Rosa Parks?

OMG SO RACIST

OMG SO RACIST

If anything, California deserves an apology from President Trump not for racism or bigotry, but for his inability to do more to dismantle a leftist system that sacrifices the well-being of its residents in favor of political power.

Stay alert. Stay alive.
